I was so glad that I came across this property for rent on the internet. We rented the Utah Beach house since we were participating in the Transatlantic Boy Scouts Normandy Camperall. We were looking for a house for 6 people and I will say that the house was more than we could have wanted. The house is more beautiful than the pictures on the internet show. The furnishing and decorations are wonderful. Tansy was very helpful and wonderful to work with. Before our arrival we had pamplets on places to visit and how to get around the area.

The kids loved playing on the beach and watching the horses run on the beach. There is something for everyone. We couldn't have asked for a easier rental cottage and would love to go back.

We found you on the internet - & we're very pleased we did. Utah Beach suited us very well.

All 11 of us, from grandma - that's me - down to the youngest grandchild - that's Maisie, found our place and enjoyed being there.

The dunes are wonderful, we had long walks on the beach, we admired the museum, found plenty of excursions.

Thank you for recommending the Restaurant de Mer at Pirou - we had a wonderful meal there.

Altogether a terrific holiday in a terrific place!

Utah Beach

We have had a wonderful time here at Utah Beach. There is so much to do and see here. I'm sure we barely touched the surface.

Our boys enjoyed playing on the beach and relaxing at the house. We visited many museums and also made a trip to Cherbourg to see the aquarium - now the boys can say they have been aboard a submarine!

Thank you for providing us with the setting to make so many memories.

We had the nicest vacation! Many walks along the beach and great meals. The sun came out for our trip to Mont St Michel and it was spectacular.

We love the area and hope to come back to this house and Tansy's hospitality.

A very imposing house in a great location and to be on the beach is superb even in the winter - would highly recommend it. Have had a wonderful New Years holiday.

And Jack the dog who was disappointed because he wasn't quick enough to catch the rabbits!

We have had another wonderful family holiday in a great spot.

The weather has been awful, but gave us an opportunity to explore more of the beautiful and unique Norman countryside.

We enjoyed particularly Villedieu Le Poeles, Carentan & Valognes.

The market in Valognes on Fridays is one of the best markets.

The house is in great condition and the improvements made last winter mean that you should have many happy families here for years to come.
